Aaron was born in Portland, Oregon and began his formal ballet training at age 10 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He attended summer programs at The Rock School, Carolina Ballet, the Chautauqua Institute, Exploring Ballet with Suzanne Farrell, and Boston Ballet.
Mr. Anker attended Indiana University in the fall of 2012 pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Ballet and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. During his time with Indiana University Ballet Theater under the direction of Michael Vernon and Violette Verdy, Mr. Anker was featured in principal roles in George Balanchine’s Rubies, Emeralds, Donizetti Variations, and The Four Temperaments, Merce Cunningham’s Duets, , Nicolo Fonte’s Left Unsaid, Michael Vernon’s production of The Nutcracker, and the role of Amore, a character created by director Tom Diamond in the Indiana University Opera Theater production of the Xerxes.
Mr. Anker joined Pennsylvania Ballet as an Apprentice for the 2015-2016 season, and has since performed featured roles such as Basilio in Angel Corella’s production of Don Quixote, Conrad in Angel Corella’s Le Corsaire, Sugar Plum Cavalier in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, Waltz Boy in George Balanchine’s Serenade, Rush by Christopher Wheeldon, Tybalt in Kenneth MacMillan’s Romeo & Juliet, and in Trisha Brown’s O Zlozony/O Composite, a US premier by a major ballet company.

Mariah, raised in a dance-oriented family, developed an early love for being a living room superstar. She began taking ballet classes at the age of three and went on to explore many other styles such as: jazz, lyrical, modern, contemporary, hip hop and tap.
She trained competitively for 15 years collecting many trophies, medals, scholarships and experiences along the way. Mariah has been instructing and choreographing for competitions and local theatre programs for several years. She is a part of Truman High School's Theatre Alumni and is their current choreographer, recently choreographing the High School Pilot of "Honeymoon In Vegas", Fosse's "Chicago" and Disney's "Freaky Friday". In addition to dance, she studied Cosmetology at The Aveda Institute in Philadelphia. Under the direction of Rudy Miles, backstage artist for New York Fashion Week, she earned a certification in Professional Makeup Application.
